Star Wars: Droids (1985)
An animated television series that features the exploits of R2-D2 and C-3PO. The series takes place between the events depicted in Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith and Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.

Episode 1 - The White Witch
Release Date: 1985-09-07After being jettisoned over Ingo by a former master, R2-D2 and C-3PO are discovered by landspeeder racers. They accidentally encounter the Fromm Gang and are helped by Kea Moll.

Episode 2 - Escape into Terror
Release Date: 1985-09-14The droids and racers go with Kea to Annoo to stay with her mother. After realizing they are on a Rebel base, they mount defenses against the Fromm Gang's deadly Trigon One.

Episode 3 - The Trigon Unleashed
Release Date: 1985-09-21Thall and R2-D2 set off to destroy the Trigon One while C-3PO and Kea are attacked by the Fromm Gang.

Episode 4 - A Race to the Finish
Release Date: 1985-09-28After escaping the Fromm Gang, the Sand Sloth crash-lands in time for the Boonta Speeder Race. Sise Fromm hires bounty hunter Boba Fett to capture the racers.

Episode 5 - The Lost Prince
Release Date: 1985-10-05During a brief table-waiting job, the droids run into bounty hunter Kleb Zellock. Then they are purchased by miner Jann Tosh and meet a mysterious alien with a bounty on his head.

Release Date: 1985-10-12A new ally, Jessica Meade, transports Prince Mon Julpa, Jann Tosh and the droids to Tammuz-an. A vizier has subverted the throne and hires IG-88 to acquire Julpa's scepter.

Episode 7 - The Pirates of Tarnoonga
Release Date: 1985-10-19Jessica Meade and the droids transport supplies to King Mon Julpa and are escorted by Jann in an A-wing fighter. Kybo Ren and his pirates attack.

Episode 8 - The Revenge of Kybo Ren
Release Date: 1985-10-26Mon Julpa visits a rival to make a peace treaty. Meanwhile, Kybo Ren breaks free from captivity and he takes a hostage to Bogden. It's up to Jann, Jess and the droids to stop him.

Episode 9 - Coby and the Starhunters
Release Date: 1985-11-02The droids accompany Prince Coby to join the Imperial Academy, as well as Jann who is awaiting the results of his own application. They venture across the stars to rescue a stolen pet.

Episode 14 - The Great Heep (1)
Release Date: 1986-06-07When Mungo Baobab discovers a valuable fuel source on the distant planet of Biitu, the Empire dispatches a gigantic evil Droid called The Great Heep to capture Mungo and take control of the planet. Arriving on Biitu to meet their new master, R2-D2 and C-3PO are shocked to find that The Great Heep has turned the planet into a wasteland and has handed Mungo over to the agents of the EMPIRE. With the aid of a small boy named Fidge and his pet, Chubb, the Droids devise a daring scheme to free Mungo, defeat the forces of the Empire and liberate Biitu from The Great Heep - forever.

Release Date: 1986-06-07With Threepio captured by the Great Heap, Artoo in the Great Heap's harem tower and Mungo Baobab in detention, things look dim for the droids, in their attempt to free the planet of Biitu from the Great Heap and the Empire.
