Episode 1 - Australia 3

A battle of the nations takes place on this special Australian edition of Bargain Hunt. An Australian red team take on a British blue team at the Sydney Antiques Centre. Paul Laidlaw flies the flag for Oz with the reds and David Barby waves the banner for GB with the blues. Tim Wonnacott heads to the harbour and climbs one of the iconic symbols of Sydney, its harbour bridge.

Episode 2 - Australia 4

Tim Wonnacott and the Bargain Hunt team head down under for this special programme, as Australian red and blue teams hunt for bargains at an eclectic antique centre in Melbourne. They are guided by British experts David Barby and Paul Laidlaw. Once the antiques are bought, they travel to Sydney to see if they can make a profit at auction. Tim takes time out to visit The Briars, a family homestead housing some fine French Napoleonic treasures in the middle of the Australian countryside.

Tim Wonnacott goes bargain hunting in Sydney at Australia's oldest and largest antiques centre. Smooth Scot Paul Laidlaw and quintessential Englishman David Barby provide the expert help for two Australian teams. Tim Wonnacott heads to Sydney's prestigious State Mitchell Library and gets a behind-the-scenes look at some of their treasured Australiana collection.

Episode 4 - Australia 4a

Tim Wonnacott presents Bargain Hunt from Melbourne, where the experts help two Australian teams compete against one another. British expertise is provided in the form of David Barby and Paul Laidlaw, both of whom guide the teams through a frantic shop at a Melbourne antiques centre. Then it is off to Sydney, where the teams have to find out if they have truly bought a bargain. Tim also visits The Briars, a family homestead in the Australian countryside, named after the house Napoleon first stayed at when exiled to St Helena.

Bargain Hunt swaps British pounds for Australian dollars as Tim Wonnacott and the team head down under to Sydney. Paul Laidlaw and David Barby lend a helping hand to the Australian red and blue teams, while Tim Wonnacott takes time out to visit the most important property in Sydney, Government House.

Episode 6 - Oswestry 5

The teams are bargain spotting in Oswestry. David Barby has two firemen in blue on his team whereas Thomas Plant finds his girls in red are something of a handful! And Tim Wonnacott pays a visit to Croft Castle to investigate a tragic twist of fate which changed the course of British history for ever.

Episode 7 - Gloucester 30

Presenter Tim Wonnacott hosts an antique shopping fest at historic Gloucester Docks. Guided by experts Anita Manning and Colin Young the red and blue teams buy an assorted range of items to take to the Malvern auction house. Both teams end up fighting over a 1960s bar, but is it an item that will sell in Malvern? Auctioneer Philip Serrell describes it as coming from the Peckham period. Tim takes an excursion to visit Castle Howard in North Yorkshire.

Episode 8 - Sheption Mallet 10

Release Date: 2012-01-13

Guided by experts Henry Meadows and Jeremy Lamond, a military theme develops between the red and blue teams. The battlefield is the Bath and West Showground in Somerset, where World War I trench art and a gun case are among the items marching to auction in Bristol. Presenter Tim Wonnacott finds something that Dad's Army would have used, and takes time out to visit Kelmscott Manor in the Cotswolds.

Episode 9 - Anglesey 17

Episode 14 - Anglesey 19

The island of Anglesey plays host to this episode of Bargain Hunt. The red team is ably assisted by expert Anita Manning, while a winning smile pays dividends for Jonathan Pratt and the blue team. Presenter Tim Wonnacott slips back across the border to visit Eastnor Castle in Herefordshire, where he revels in a very special room.

Episode 15 - Shepton Mallet 12

The shopping takes place at the Bath and West Showground in Somerset where two teams of art-loving ladies compete against each other to shop for profit-making items. It is a friendly competition and the teams even take time to stop for a half-time hug. Experts Henry Meadows and Jeremy Lamond brave the West Country weather to guide the teams on their quest and presenter Tim Wonnacott visits Kelmscott Manor, the country home of William Morris.

Episode 16 - Oswestry 7

Oswestry is the setting for this episode of Bargain Hunt. Thomas Plant gets taken to task by one member of his red team, while David Barby's blue team are a little on the theatrical side. Presenter Tim Wonnacott takes time out to explore Croft Castle, where he gets to grips with the Gothic revival.

Bargain Hunt comes from the Kent County Showground. Both the red and blue teams have links to circus performing and will be juggling their options for a bargain under the guidance of experts David Barby and Philip Serrell. Ringmaster Tim Wonnacott takes an excursion to Chiddingstone Castle where he uncovers a murder mystery.

Bargain Hunt comes from Newark, where antiques experts Mark Stacey and Catherine Southon help two teams try to spend a little to sell for a lot at auction. Presenter Tim Wonnacott visits Stoneleigh Abbey in Warwickshire to explore the spectacular plasterwork adorning the palatial west wing.

Bargain Hunt comes from Ardingly International Antique and Collectors Fair in West Sussex. David Harper has to stick to a shopping list compiled by the blue team, whereas Catherine Southon finds that anything goes with the reds - including haggling in the wrong direction! Presenter Tim Wonnacott takes time out to discover the dramatic history of Stansted Park.

Episode 20 - London 31

Alexandra Palace plays host to Bargain Hunt as the red and blue teams do battle to find three antique items each to take to auction. Tim Wonnacott plays host and is joined by experts Anita Manning and Charles Hanson, who help steer the teams in the right direction. Tim also finds time to visit Hampstead and seek out some treasures at Fenton House.

Episode 21 - Kent 24

Tim Wonnacott and the Bargain Hunt team visit the Kent County Showground. The red and blue teams do battle in the name of bargain spotting assisted by experts David Barby and Philip Serrell. Tim also takes a trip to visit Chiddingstone Castle.

Episode 22 - Anglesey 18

This episode of the antiques challenge comes from the island of Anglesey off the coast of Wales. The blue team show expert Jonathan Pratt how to drive a hard bargain, while Anita Manning's red team try to charm their way through the contest. Presenter Tim Wonnacott reveals what Eastnor Castle in Herefordshire has in common with London's Houses of Parliament.

Episode 23 - Ardingly 27

Bargain Hunt comes from Ardingly International Antique and Collectors Fair in West Sussex. A circus double-act wearing the red fleeces keeps Catherine Southon entertained as they pull out all the stops to secure a bargain. David Harper finds his blue team are attracted to more 'risque' objects! Presenter Tim Wonnacott takes time out to discover what life was like 'below stairs' for the servants at nearby Stansted Park.

Episode 25 - Kent 23

David Barby and Philip Serrell lead the red and blue teams on another relentless hunt for bargains at the Kent Showground. Both teams are well-travelled, but do their worldly ways help them make a profit at the auction? Bargain Hunt visits the large antiques and collectables fair in Newark, where expert Mark Stacey has a fight on his hands with his red team, who are both called Alison. Meanwhile, Catherine Southon washes her hands of her blue team, and presenter Tim Wonnacott escapes to Warwickshire, where he explores the history of Stoneleigh Abbey.

Episode 27 - Anglesey 20

The Welsh isle of Anglesey is the spectacular setting for another Bargain Hunt. Experts Jonathan Pratt and Anita Manning lend a hand in helping the red and blue teams as they attempt to buy low and sell high. Presenter Tim Wonnacott travels to Herefordshire to explore a nineteenth-century English stately home which was built to look like a Norman castle.

Episode 28 - Ardingly 26

A stand-up comedian and her partner have a laugh with David Harper on the blue team and two teachers in red get a lesson in bargain hunting from Catherine Southon. Presenter Tim Wonnacott takes time out to admire the rare antiques at nearby Stansted Park.

Episode 29 - London 29

Tim Wonnacott and the Bargain Hunt team travel to London's Portobello Road in search of antique gems and collectables. The show takes on a vintage feel as the appropriately attired red and blue teams hunt for items to take to auction. Expert advice is provided by Charles Hanson and Anita Manning. Away from the contest, Tim visits Fenton House in Hampstead.

The antiques challenge takes on an international flavour in Kent, as teams from opposite poles battle it out to snag the best bargains and reap the highest rewards. Aiding and abetting the Alaskan red team is expert David Barby, while Philip Serrell lends a hand to the South African blue team.
