SHAN meets FUNG. They have a casual chat and dare not to discuss about their marriage. PING stays in SHAN's place. She hopes that she can win SHAN's heart one day. However, she eventually finds that SHAN is still missing FUNG. She tolerates silently. LUN does not want to leave LAI, he implores LAI to stay with him. LAI is in a dilemma and does not give him an answer. KEI destroys SHAN's business step by step. He speaks ill of CHIU in order to spoil SHAN and his son's relation. SHAN is trapped and is dissatisfied with CHIU. In order to meet YEE's demand, TO forces himself to concentrate in gaining money. He then has no time to entertain his friends and is very unhappy.
