Nicolette travels to the Moroccan royal city of Fez. Here she will learn about life of the souks as they teach her to make Tanjya, the little brother of the famous tajine dish. Floortje is in the US state of South Dakota sightseeing Mount Rushmore. A place where five heads of US presidents are carved out of the rocks. When visiting the city of Sturgis she encounters one of the largest motorcycle rallies in the world.
